What is EVEBUS?

Evebus is a unique travel agency based in the UK. We provide tours across the UK and overseas for affordable prices. Evebus brings together adventurous people who love travelling.

I have never travelled with Evebus, can I join your group?

Yes, we have got many tourists of different age, gender and nationality. Despite all our group tours hold in Russian language you can benefit from good early bird deals and spend time well in our international company. The private tour can be arranged in any language.

Can we take a child with us?

Yes. However some of the trips can take more than 2 hours with late return depending on traffic. No special child seats needed or provided, bring yours if you have one with you.

Do you provide discounts for children?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, child prices are as follows: aged under 2 – £10 charge, aged 2-11 inclusive – £10 discount, aged 12 and over – adult price applies. No further discounts/vouchers (Early Bird, Advance, Happy Hour) apply, please reconfirm payment with our online consultants.

if full price is £40, discount for a child of 2-11 would be £10
Child price for aged 2-11 £40-10 = £30

Other discounts available for adults only:
£40-(5% to 15%) = (38 to 34) additional loyal discount applies after five journeys and can reach a maximum of 15%;
£40x10-10%(group discount for more than 10 adults traveling together) = £360.

Where can I park the car at Hammersmith or Aldgate East stations?

There is no problem with parking on the street on Sundays. You would need to park your car on the West side of Hammersmith if you come on Saturday, so please allow plenty of time and arrive early!
There is no free street parking available next to Aldgate East station on Saturday usual restrictions apply on Sundays. Pay and Display parking is near 5 Commercial Street.

How can I pay for the trip?

We accept the majority of credit/debit cards and PayPal on our website www.evebus.com, when we can reserve place for you without any delays through our automated booking system.

Please add your details in the right corner box of tour description, choose the number of people and discounted options when available: Early Bird, Advance or Happy Hour.

Confirm that you have read "Terms and Conditions", by pressing button "I HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS".

Wait till "BUY" appears in the middle of the screen, then press it. You will be redirected to the safe PayPal payment platform.

Chose "PayPal" (sign in) or "Pay with a debit or credit card" (complete form and confirm paying).

You will get two emails (please check spam box): one from evebus with E-ticket (UNID) and receipt from PayPal. If payment was unsuccessful the booking will be canceled by itself in one hour.

There is another option of paying via (EVEBUS TOURS S/C 09-01-29 AN 00049159 Santander Bank). Please send us the email on info@evebus.com when you arranged bank the transfer with your full name, phone number and email. We will confirm your reservation in 48 hours. Last option is not recommended when tour starts less than a week after the payment can be completed.

When should I make a payment?

We recommend paying on our website when you book your ticket as it could be cheaper to buy in advance. The place would be held for you only after the full payment received.

If for any reason you cannot do it, please let us know your name/ phone number/email via info@evebus.com. We could let you know if we have any places available for payment on the day. This information will be sent to you the day before the tour after 6 pm.

Unfortunately, if you pay on the day, you would need to pay a full price for the tour and no Early Bird/Advanced or Loyal Traveller discount could be applied.

Will the trip be guided?

Yes, for all our two and more day trips we provide mountain guides and First Aid trained group leaders. Some one-day city trips have audio guides in Russian language only, for our walking tours in London we have Blue Badge certified guides - please check the event description before booking.

Why the ticket is non refundable?

The ticket fare is spent on hotel reservations, transport booking and administration.

What should I bring with me for two day tour?

Please, check the event description. We recommend to have water, light snacks, comfortable trainers or hiking boots, waterproof cloth in case of rain. Each trip is different, so for two day trips is good to have gloves, hat and small rucksack with torch and compass especially for the hiking tours.

Is food and entry tickets included in price?

All entry fees and food are not included in price, for two day tours we recommend to have packed lunch with you.

What if I am late for the tour/ during the tour?

If you are going to be late, please, contact our tour manager asap and we ll wait for you no more than 15 minutes. Unfortunately it s a group tour and we cannot wait for you any longer.

How much luggage can I take with me?

One hand luggage 50x40x20cm no more than 15kg, please reconfirm with us before the tour. It can be different for some long distance tours.

How do I get discount?

Book your ticket, as usual, the discount will be deducted automatically from the payment
accordingly to a number of your bookings we hold in our system (5-15%). The minimum number of bookings is 5 for the discount of 5% for any future booking.

Was not there supposed to be an information email 24 hours before the tour? I was hoping to get exact information about the meeting point.

Have you checked your spam box? The automated email was sent 24 hours before the tour to all emails provided at the moment of booking. Additionally, we send a text SMS to the phone number provided.

I cannot download payment page. What to do?

Please, book your place from a different browser. It can be a problem in its settings, booking via Chrome helps in most cases.

How to get 15% off?

Providing the same details in the proses of booking (full name, phone number and email) activates an automatic loyal discount. It applies to any tour in Britain during a common calendar year (expires at the end of December). Loyal discount can be used by the named traveller; by passengers holding the same family name; by passengers travelling together with the named traveller, at the time when discount redeemed. After five bookings it gives 5% off and after fifteen 15% off!
