What is EVEBUS?

Evebus is a unique travel agency based in the UK. We provide tours across the UK and overseas for affordable prices. Evebus brings together adventurous people who love travelling.
We have tourists of different ages, gender, and nationality. Despite most of our group tours held in the Russian/English language you can benefit from good early bird deals and spend time well in our international company. The private tour can be arranged in any language.

Can we take a child with us?

Yes. However some of the trips can take more than 2 hours with a late return depending on traffic. No special child seats needed or provided, bring yours if you have one with you. All our buses have three-point adjustable seat belts for children above 5 years old and air conditioners.

Do you provide discounts for children?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, child prices (aged 5-14 inclusive) are as follows:
DAY TOUR – Β£30
TWO DAY TOUR – Β£60 without accommodation provided.
Aged 15 and over – adult price applies. Unfortunately, children under five can’t join our tours. No further discounts/vouchers apply.

Where can I park the car at Hammersmith or Aldgate East stations?

There is no problem with parking on Sundays. On Saturday you would need to park your car on the West side of Hammersmith, so please allow plenty of time and arrive early!
There is no free street parking available next to Aldgate East station on Saturday usual restrictions apply on Sundays. Pay and Display parking is opposite 5 Commercial Street.

How to book the trip?

We recommend paying on our website. The place would be held for you only when the full payment was received. Payment for accommodation could be arranged via our bank account (Evebus Tours LTD S/C 20-17-20 AN 30323888 Barclays Bank)

How can I pay for the trip?

We accept the majority of credit/debit cards and PayPal on our website www.evebus.com, when we can reserve a place for you without any delays through our automated booking system.
Please add your details in the right corner box of the tour description, choose the number of people and discounted options when available: Early Bird, Advance or Happy Hour.
Confirm that you have read "Terms and Conditions", by pressing the button "I HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
Wait till "BUY" appears in the middle of the screen, then press it. You will be redirected to the safe PayPal payment platform.
Choose "PayPal" (sign in) or "Pay with a debit or credit card" (complete form and confirm paying).
You will get two emails (please check spam box): one from evebus with E-ticket (UNID) and receipt from PayPal. If payment was unsuccessful the booking will be canceled by itself in one hour.
There is another option of paying via (EVEBUS TOURS S/C 20-17-20 AN 30323888 Barclays Bank). Please send us the email on info@evebus.com when you completed a bank transfer with your full name and phone number. We will confirm your reservation in 48 hours. Last option is not recommended when the tour starts less than a week after the payment can be completed.

What should I bring with me?

Each trip is different please, check the event description. We recommend having water, light snacks, waterproof clothes in case of rain.
One hand luggage 35cm x 20cm x 20cm no more than 10kg, please reconfirm with us before the tour. It can be different for some long distance tours.

Is food and entry tickets included in the price?

All entry fees and food are not included in the price, for two-day tours we recommend to have packed lunch with you. Please check the description of the tour, breakfast could be included depending on the chosen option of the tour.

What if I am late for the tour/ during the tour?

For all our group tours we have check-in time at 07:45 (two-day tours) or 08:45 (one-day tours) with departures at 08:00 or 09:00 sharp. In case you cannot find our tour manager please call him 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The phone number is provided by text message 24h before the tour starts. If you no-showed or arrived after departure time, you will be liable for the full Holiday price and you cannot join the tour later during the journey time.

I cannot go! How can I cancel the trip?

Please offer your place to your friends or relatives, share the event on Social Network. If you have found a replacement please share his/her details with us and we change it in our booking system without any extra charges. Also you can cancel your booking any time accordingly to our terms & conditions: https://evebus.com/terms

The tour is fully booked. Can I still join?

Please, let us know via info@evebus.com your full name and phone number. We add you to the waiting list and let you know if anyone cancels no later than 24h before the tour starts.

You still have a chance to join us even when the tour is fully booked! Please come to the pickup point and in case someone has not shown up you can take his place and pay a discounted price of Β£30 for a DAY TOUR or Β£60 for a TWO DAY TOUR!

What type of coaches do you provide?

When we have small groups we prefer Ford Transit Trend or Volkswagen CR50 (Mercedes Sprinter), if we have many participants - coaches Volvo/Mercedes with total capacity up 55 places. All buses and coaches have three point seatbelts and air conditioners.

(Ru) Is a seat reservation possible?

(Ru) Please arrive early as seats in the coaches are provided on a first come, first served basis. However you can book particular front seats in advance and it will cost you an additional Β£10 per person. https://evebus.com/ru/seating-plan/

Will the trip be guided?

Yes, for all our two and more day trips we provide mountain guides and First Aid trained group leaders. Some one-day city trips have audio guides in Russian language only, for our walking tours in London we have Blue Badge certified guides - please check the event description before booking.

Can I have your contact number please?

I cannot download the payment page. What should I do?

Please, book your place from a different browser. It can be a problem in its settings, booking via Chrome helps to sort it out in the most cases. Please try to use the same details when you book next time, in case you have any problems, please e-mail us on info@evebus.com or use alternative means of payment.

Was not there supposed to be an information email 24 hours before the tour? I was hoping to get exact information about the meeting point.

The automated SMS is going to be sent 24 hours before the tour to the UK phone number provided at the moment of booking (07XXXXXXXXX). It consists of the information about time, exact address of the meeting point and phone number of the tour manager.

How to get 15% off?

Providing the same details in the process of booking (full name, phone number and email) activates an automatic loyalty discount. It applies to any tour in Britain during a common calendar year (expires at the end of December). Loyal discount can be used by the named traveller; by passengers holding the same family name; by passengers travelling together with the named traveller, at the time when discount is redeemed. After five bookings it gives 5% off and after fifteen 15% off!

Can we book and choose a different accommodation?

Yes, you can book any prefered accommodation by yourself or let us to take care of it. Please note that if you chose to stay in a different place you would need to arrange transfer to your hotel from our meeting point. In most cases we can help with this transfer but it costs an additional Β£20 for a return transfer from our meeting point to your accommodation and then back there in the morning.

Can you pick us up on your way?

Unfortunately we cannot arrange the travel to the start and finish points of the trip, or any extra stops on the route for pick up/drop offs for a group travel. This option is not available for open group trips whereas any of Evebus tours can be arranged as a private from Β£250 and the bus can pick you up from any local address agreed in advance.
