What is EVEBUS?
Evebus is a unique travel agency based in the UK. We provide tours across the UK and overseas at affordable prices. Evebus brings together adventurous people who love travelling.
We have tourists of different ages, genders, and nationalities. Most of our group tours are held in Russian & English, while private tours can be arranged in any language.
Can we take a child with us?
Yes. However some of the trips can take more than 2 hours with a late return depending on traffic. No child seats will be available, please bring yours if your child requires one. All our buses have three-point adjustable seat belts for children over the age of five and air conditioning. Unfortunately, children under five can’t join our tours.
Do you provide discounts for children/seniors?
Yes, unless otherwise stated, £38 for seniors over 65 years and child prices (aged 5-14 inclusive) are £30 daily
Aged 15 and over – adult price applies. No further discounts/vouchers apply.
Where can I park at Hammersmith or Aldgate East stations?
There is no problem with parking on Sundays in Hammersmith. On Saturday you would need to park your car on the West side of Hammersmith, so please allow plenty of time and arrive early!
There is no free street parking available next to Aldgate East station on Saturday and usual restrictions apply on Sundays. Pay and Display parking is opposite 5 Commercial Street.
How do I book?
We recommend paying on our website. Bookings are confirmed only when full payment has been received.
How can I pay?
Please add your details in the “Book Now” section of the tour you wish to attend, remembering to choose the correct number of tickets for each person you wish to book for (Child, Adult and Senior).
Confirm that you have read the “Terms and Conditions”, by ticking “I HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS”.
Click “Buy”. You will be redirected to the safe PayPal payment platform.
Choose “PayPal” (sign in) or “Pay with a debit or credit card” (complete form and confirm payment).
You will get two emails (please check your spam): one from evebus with an E-ticket (ET-XXXX) and a receipt from PayPal. If payment was unsuccessful the booking will not be confirmed. Please make sure you have received your receipt.
You can also pay by bank transfer, bank details are as follows (EVEBUS TOURS LTD Business account: S/C 20-17-20 AN 30323888 Barclays Bank). Please send an email to info@evebus.com when you have completed a bank transfer with your full name and phone number. We will confirm your reservation within 48 hours. Bank transfers are not recommended if the tour starts within 48 hours of the payment being made.
What should I bring with me?
Each trip is different. Please kindly check the event description. We recommend bringing water, light snacks and waterproof clothes in case of rain.
In general you can bring one bag (35cm x 20cm x 20cm no more than 10kg) but please check with us before the tour as more luggage can be brought on longer trips.
Can dogs travel on minibuses/coaches?
We know your pets are part of your family and most likely well-behaved. However we cannot allow any pets on a coach.
Are food and entry tickets included in the price?
Please kindly check the description of the tour, breakfast is included with some multi-day tours. Most of the attraction tickets and food are not included in the price.
What if I am late for the tour/ during the tour?
For all our group tours we have check-in time 15 minutes before departure. In case you cannot find our tour manager please call them during check-in time (they will be unavailable until 15 minutes before departure). The phone number is provided by text message 24h before the tour starts. If you no-show or arrive after departure time, you will be liable for the full Holiday price and you cannot join the tour later during the journey time.
I cannot go! How can I cancel the trip?
First please offer your place to your friends or relatives or share the event on Social Media. If you have found a replacement please share his/her details with us and we can change it in our booking system without any extra charges.

The tour is fully booked. Can I still join?
Please join the waiting list and we will let you know if anyone cancels within 24 hours of the start of the tour.
There is still a chance for you to join us even if the tour is fully booked! Please come to the pickup point and in case someone has not shown up you can take their place and pay in full on arrival.
What type of coaches do you provide?
When we have small groups we prefer 16 seater minibuses, if we have larger groups – we use 45 seater coaches. All buses and coaches have three point seatbelts and air conditioning.
I do not need transport. Can I still join?
If you are traveling on your own, you can join a guided tour on the spot for 50% of the full ticket price.
Is seat reservation possible?
Please arrive early as seats in the coaches are provided on a first come, first served basis. However you can book particular front seats in advance and it will cost you an additional fee (£10 per person). https://evebus.com/ru/seating-plan/

Will the trip be guided?
Yes, for all multi day trips we provide First Aid trained group leaders/guides. Most one-day city trips have audio guides in Russian included and a walking guide can be provided at an additional cost. For our walking tours in London we have Blue Badge certified guides – please check the event description before booking.

The payment page is not working. What should I do?
Please book your place from a different browser. Booking via Google Chrome may help to solve the problem. Please try to use the same details when you book again. In case you have any problems, please e-mail us at info@evebus.com or use an alternative payment method.
I have not got my pre-departure text message. What should I do?
The automated SMS text message is sent 24 hours before the tour to the UK phone number provided at the moment of booking (07XXXXXXXXX). This includes the information about the check in time, the exact meeting point address and the phone number of the tour manager. If you have not received the text message please kindly check the tour description or send us an email with any questions.
How do I get a loyalty discount?
If you provide the same booking details (full name, phone number and email) each time you reserve with us an automatic loyalty discount will be activated. This applies to any tour in Britain during a common calendar year (expires at the end of December). Loyalty discounts can be used by the named traveller; by passengers holding the same family name or by passengers travelling together with the named traveller, at the time when the discount is redeemed. After five bookings a discount of 5% is applied and after fifteen 15% is applied.
Can we book and choose separate accommodation?
Yes, you can book any preferred accommodation by yourself or let us to take care of it. Please note that if you choose to stay in a different place you would need to arrange a transfer to your hotel from our meeting point. In most cases we can help with this transfer. It costs £20 and above for a return transfer from our meeting point to your accommodation and then back to the meeting point in the morning.
Can you pick us up on your way?
Unfortunately we cannot arrange travel to the start and finish points of the trip, or any extra stops on route for pick up/drop offs for a standard group tour. Private Evebus tours can be arranged from £200 and the bus can pick you up from any local address agreed in advance (this includes multiple pickups/drop offs). What is the Evebus membership and how can I join?
